I need to completely renew a 70sqm apartment. We’re a family of 3, me and my 2 nine year old girls.
.I need to have: one master bedroom, not too large, but large enough to contain a 4-piece closet, and an LCD TV.
.1 bedroom for the two girls with either bunk beds or hidden beds, 2 desks and a small closet.
.A living area that can have an open kitchen. But I don’t want the house to be all about the kitchen. I also want a space for a small table, maybe a folding one, possibly squared, a nice sofa and a TV on the wall.
.A large bathroom with shower and possibly a small bathroom.
I don’t love spaces with too much furniture, I like light colors, white walls, (light) wooden floor, white or light doors.
Storage rooms and cupboards are very welcome since we have a lot of stuff that need space.
The only limits of the apartment are the windows that can’t be moved or changed in shape or dimension. The larger windows open to a 12 sqm terrace facing a green space that I intend to furnish with covers and a table.
The smaller windows don’t open to balconies.
The internal walls are not weight bearing so they can be removed as you like.
