ENG: This project tries to respond to the customer requests, providing two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living-dining room with kitchenette.
The living room is at the center of the apartment, so you get a direct access on the large balcony, while the two bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom are located on its two long sides.
Because the apartment is not very big and we need to make the most of every space, only sliding doors are provided, which minimize its footprint.
Entering the apartment, on the right there is the double room with a small bathroom (in case you are able to bring the drain in that position, or you decide to use the SANITRIT system). The room can be used and furnished both to two little girls and as a master bedroom. In the first case the furnishing is totally Ikea, with a wooden bunk bed, to paint in a color that the girls prefer and customize with accessories, a wardrobe with mirrored central doors, two Micke small desks with swivel chair in colored plastic, a carpet where to play and a chest of drawers for toys. In the event that the room was intended for a master bedroom use, the furniture would be composed of a Pax wardrobe, a double bed with bedside tables and the television required by the customer would be placed on the top of the dresser.
In the small en suite bathroom there is a shower with a seat, a toilet and a small semi-recessed sink .
In the entrance there is a shoe cabinet and a rack for hanging jackets, while nearest the kitchenette there should be three cabinets that might be used to contain dishes and also as a pantry.
Entering the living room on the wall opposite the window, there is a linear kitchen, while a round extendable table is placed between the kitchen and living area, this consisting of a three-seater sofa with chaise longue. On the balcony it is provided the insertion of a large table and two shelving units.
The living room leads to the master bedroom which is composed of two areas, the first is the laundry area, the second is the bedroom itself. The two areas can also be divided by inserting a sliding panel, so that it allows guests (or girls if the other room was not equipped with an en suite bathroom) to use the bathroom without disturbing the sleeping area. Another option is to allocate this room the girls, using the Ikea bunk bed, the two Micke desks and cabinets of Stuva series. In this case the sliding panel may be finished with painting whiteboard and magnetic effect, in order to realize a space dedicated to the creativity of girls.
In the laundry room there is a wardrobe that can hold and hide washer and dryer, in the sleeping area there is a minimum furnishing which includes bed, night table and armoire with TV. From the laundry area you can enter the main bathroom, consists of large shower, sink, toilet and bidet.


IT: Il progetto cerca di rispondere alle richieste del cliente, prevedendo due camere da letto, due bagni e un soggiorno-pranzo con angolo cottura. Il soggiorno si colloca al centro dell'appartamento, in modo da ottenere un accesso diretto sull'ampio balcone, mentre le due camere, ognuna dotata di bagno interno si trovano ai suoi due lati lunghi. Poichè l'appartamento non è molto grande e c'è necessità di sfruttare al meglio ogni spazio, nel progetto sono previste solo porte scorrevoli a scomparsa, che minimizzano l'ingombro delle porte stesse.
Entrando nell'appartamento, a destra è prevista la camera doppia con un piccolo bagno interno (nel caso si riesca a portare lo scarico in quella posizione o si decida di utilizzare il sistema sanitrit). La camera può essere destinata sia alle due bambine che essere usata come camera padronale. Nel primo caso l'arredo previsto è totalemente Ikea, con un letto a castello in legno, con la possibilità di dipingerlo del colore che le bambine preferiscono e personalizzarlo con i relativi accessori, un armadio del sistema Pax con le ante centrali a specchio, due piccole scrivanie Micke con sedia girevole in plastica colorata, un tappeto dove poter giocare e una cassettiera per riporre i giocattoli. Nella tavola ho previsto un colore rosa degli arredi e complemente, tuttavia l'azienda fornisce altri colori tra cui le bambine potranno scegliere. Nel caso in cui la camera venisse destinata all'uso padronale l'arredo sarebbe composto sempre da un armadio del sistema Pax, un letto matrimoniale con comodini e la televisione richiesta dal cliente troverebbe posto sulla cassettiera, di lato rispetto il letto.
Nel piccolo bagno interno alla camera doppia è previsto l'inserimento di una doccia con sedile, un wc e un piccolo lavabo a semincasso.
Nell'ingresso ho previsto una scarpiera a 4 ante e una rastrelliera per appendere le giacche, mentre nella parte più vicina all'ingresso ho pensato fosse necessario inserire delle armadiature alte ma profonde 37 cm che possano essere utilizzate come dispensa e contenitori per le stoviglie. Entrando in soggiorno sulla parete opposta a quella finestrata è prevista una cucina con disposizione lineare, mentre un tavolo rotondo allungabile trova posto tra la cucina e la zona soggiorno, composta da un divano a tre posti con chaise longue. Sul balcone è previsto l'inserimento di un ampio tavolo e due scaffali.
Dal soggiorno si accede alla camera padronale che è composta di due zone, la prima è la zona lavanderia, la seconda è la zona notte vera e propria. Le due zone inoltre possono essere separate inserendo un pannello scorrevole, di modo da permettere agli ospiti (o alle bambine nel caso l'altra stanza non fosse dotata di bagno interno) di utilizzare il bagno senza interferire con la zona notte. Un'altra opzione prevede di destinare questa camera alle bambine, utilizzando il letto a castello Ikea, le due scrivanie Micke e degli armadi della serie Stuva. In questo caso il pannello scorrevole potrebbe essere rifinito con pittura effetto lavagna e magnetica, al fine di realizzare uno spazio dedicato alla creatività delle bambine.
Nella zona lavanderia è previsto un armadio che possa contenere e nascondere lavatrice e asciugatrice, nella zona notte è previsto un arredo minimo composto da letto, comodino e armadio con tv. Dalla zona lavanderia si accede al bagno principale della casa, composto di ampia doccia, lavabo, wc e bidet.
