In your project, I divide the room in two parts:
Bathroom and laundry:
For the bathroom I thought an elegant solution with neutral colours and translucent shower.
For the floor I choose a marble light tiles and cream painted walls.
I put the laundry in the north wall; inside there is a big wardrobe on the long side and in the other corner the dryer and the washing machine. I moved the boiler also in this area.
