The idea of the project is to organize the space in a very functional way, without forgetting the details.
To get this, I have created "The piece", as the main element of the housing concept.

This piece divides the space in two areas: living area (kitchen, dining room and bathroom) and sleeping area (rooms).

It is designed as a custom piece of wood, which contains within: shelving, storage systems and it also contains accessible doors to the rooms, made of the same wood to make them somehow invisible. This way, we get continuity all over the house.

This idea of continuity starts from the bathroom, where "the piece" is converted in a bathroom cabinet, and it finishes in the garden with some plant pots.
In the middle way, two clear storage spaces are found in the dining and living room.

This special piece can be used for plants, books, dishes, boxes and it's also a very special place for the cats of the house.

The project of this house has been designed in white, mixed with wood elements and some color details in furniture and decor.

There are a special mention for DIY elements, as you will see in the detailed file.

Floor materials are based on pine wood all over the house, mixed with some hydraulic tiles, that can be found for example in the kitchen (down the worktop) and dining area (down the table as a carpet).

The attic ceiling will be visible from the main bedroom, in order to have much more light and feeling of height. This way we will get a better distributed, cozy and lovely space on attic floor.
