Partendo dalle richieste della committenza, l’idea progettuale che si è sviluppata è stata quella di proporre ambienti di importanti dimensioni, ben fruibili e studiati mantenendo una certa semi-indipendenza per gli ambienti di servizio e i locali ad uso più privato come lo studio. Inoltre si propone la realizzazione di un doppio volume nell’area centrale della zona giorno in modo da dare un’importanza maggiore al living che con il camino al centro diventa il fulcro principale del piano terra. La seconda soluzione mantiene invece inalterato il solaio in modo da mantenere più bassi i costi relativi alla ristrutturazione senza però rinunciare alla funzionalità degli ambienti. In ogni area sono poi stati inseriti come dei fulcri che identificano l’ambiente e questi sono riscontrabili anche nella zona notte e nelle camere come ad esempio la doccia padronale al piano secondo oppure la sauna bifacciale al piano seminterrato; inoltre nella tavola degli arredi si possono trovare ulteriori soluzioni interessanti. Entrando in casa si giunge al piano terra dove si può iniziare a vedere l’importanza degli ambienti con divano circolare e camino centrale; trovano poi spazio l’area divani, la zona pranzo e la cucina con adiacente dispensa; inoltre al piano si trova il bagno giorno e la stanza smart working, anche qui particolari elementi come armadiature a tutta altezza nascondono le porte di accesso ai locali di servizio proponendo uno stile pulito e minimale oltre che caldo e accogliente. Al piano seminterrato si trova un’ampia zona per le grandi cene in famiglia o con gli amici e tutta quella che è la zona palestra, oltre al bagno, un salottino e un grande locale di servizio. Per quanto riguarda il piano primo e il piano secondo, questi si differenziano maggiormente tra soluzione uno e soluzione due. Nella prima soluzione al piano primo trovano spazio da un lato due camere e un grande bagno; mentre dall’altro la zona ospiti con altre due camere, un salottino e il bagno; il piano secondo è dedicato interamente alla zona padronale con grande letto, salottino pensato per la colazione, bagno con stile caldo e moderno e ampia cabina armadio. Nella seconda soluzione invece al primo piano si sviluppa l’intera zona notte e al piano secondo la zona ospiti. Come si può notare dalle planimetrie è stata rivolta attenzione anche agli impianti come ad esempio i bagni e la cucina collocati principalmente da un lato in modo da agevolare e ridurre i costi idraulici; ma anche al design inserendo soluzioni ricercate e che rendono gli ambienti unici.

Starting from the requests of the client, the design idea that developed was to propose rooms of important dimensions, well usable and studied while maintaining a certain semi-independence for the service areas and rooms for more private use such as the study. Furthermore, it is proposed to create a double volume in the central area of the living area in order to give greater importance to the living room which, with the fireplace in the centre, becomes the main fulcrum of the ground floor. The second solution, on the other hand, keeps the attic unchanged in order to keep the costs of the renovation lower without however renouncing the functionality of the rooms. In each area they were then inserted as fulcrums that identify the environment and these can also be found in the sleeping area and in the bedrooms such as, for example, the master shower on the second floor or the double-sided sauna in the basement; moreover, further interesting solutions can be found in the table of furnishings. Entering the house you reach the ground floor where you can begin to see the importance of the rooms with a circular sofa and central fireplace; then there is the sofa area, the dining area and the kitchen with adjacent pantry; also on the floor there is the day bathroom and the smart working room, here too particular elements such as full-height wardrobes hide the access doors to the service rooms offering a clean and minimal style as well as warm and welcoming. In the basement there is a large area for large dinners with family or friends and all that is the gym area, as well as the bathroom, a sitting room and a large utility room. As regards the first floor and the second floor, these differ more between solution one and solution two. In the first solution on the first floor there are two bedrooms and a large bathroom on one side; while on the other the guest area with two other bedrooms, a sitting room and the bathroom; the second floor is entirely dedicated to the master area with a large bed, a sitting room designed for breakfast, a bathroom with a warm and modern style and a large walk-in closet. In the second solution, on the other hand, the entire sleeping area develops on the first floor and the guest area on the second floor. As can be seen from the plans, attention has also been paid to systems such as the bathrooms and the kitchen located mainly on one side in order to facilitate and reduce plumbing costs; but also to design by inserting sophisticated solutions that make the rooms unique.
