The basic concept during design of the project was to create a comfortable living environment in this house that meets both the functional and the esteicheskite customer requirements.
Functional concept: The home is designed with a central entrance, while entry idea is to create a feeling of comfort. On the right is designed living room and left the kitchen and dining room, all spaces are open. Added are many large windows with arches in order to open up views of the courtyard and pool. Under each window is provided for seating. Walls can be treated as bricks to create more comfort in the room. Positioned a large sofa overlooking the pool.
Of greatest holic space through a door and hallway has access to bedrooms and bathroom for guests.
The bedroom for parents have a separated bathroom and closet.
In the bedrooms are added new windows for good lighting.
The entrance, on the left side is designed porch with pergola. There are a dining table and coffee and sofa for rest.
