This project designs new well-defined areas, and tries to delete non-functional areas.
At the ground floor were placed a living area -kitchen, studio, living room- and a sleeping area, with two bed rooms and two bathroom.
In the master room area I designed a second airy wall and floor to protect for humidity.
The current entrance should be removed, and the residents can come in directly from the garden.
In the courtyard there are placed two different areas, an uncovered terrace and a covered hidden laundry.
At the first floor you can find the guest room and bathroom, and a large closet.
