The kitchen has been expanded by moving the bathroom over the wall : it is assumed a large sitting area with two sofas located near the fireplace and TV cabinet and the back area for table and mobile existing wood , enhancing and streamlining the wall sink - stove - refrigerator and microwave .
Next, a mini corridor leads to bedrooms with attached bathroom :
The first bedroom has a reading - relaxation - TV ;
The double bedroom has instead a computer area with library and a large wardrobe .
On the first floor is assumed a bedroom with bath , as required .

Il progetto segue le linee guida richieste dal cliente e soddisfa a pieno le sue esigenze.
L'ingresso dell'appartamento conduce alla corte interna mediante una vetrata, la corte interna è fulcro vegetale dell'intero appartamento in cui ci si può rilassare, abbronzare e bere.
A destra dell'ingresso si è ipotizzato studiolo con ampie librerie e angolo relax-tv e musica.
La cucina è stata ampliata con lo spostamento del bagno oltre la muratura : si è ipotizzato un'ampio angolo relax con due divani situati vicino il caminetto e mobile tv e un'area retrostante per tavolo e mobile in legno esistente , valorizzando e razionalizzando la parete lavabo-piano cottura-frigo e forno.
A seguire, un mini corridoio conduce alle camere da letto con bagno comunicante :
la prima stanza da letto presenta un'area lettura-relax-tv;
la camera da letto doppia presenta invece un'area computer con libreria e un'ampio guardaroba.
Al primo piano si ipotizza una camera da letto con bagno, come richiesto.
