we've been working on your new home project following your guidelines.
The main idea of the project is to have a really big and sunny south-oriented living - dinning and a wide kitchen attached to the dinning that also has independent access from the entrance. From the dinning and the kitchen we created an access to the dinning covered veranda, and also created another covered veranda in the main entrance to serve the living and use it as a chill-out zone with some exterior sofas.
The night and day area are separated to in order to win on tranquility in the rooms zone. The existing annex area is converted into a bathroom and a walk in closet that are serving the main bedroom. We thought that was a better option that converting it into a bedroom because of the situation into the house and also because of the little windows it has.
For the facade we propose to use stone and also to keep the roofs inclined (please see the attached elevations)
