Per la realizzazione del progetto di restauro della villa si è pensato di realizzare un progetto rispettando e valorizzando l'edificio esistente. L'edificio subirà lievi modifiche strutturali. Verranno aperte finestre per aggiungere luce e intervento per collegare la cucina con la zona giorno, creando un ampio open space che potrà essere suddiviso a piacimento con porte a soffietto. La superficie del soggiorno verrà aumentata partecipando al vano scala. Le scale verranno cambiate, saranno interne con strutture metalliche e in legno. Il centro dell'attenzione del soggiorno sarà verso il camino e la TV che verrà montata su di esso. La cucina avrà 2 spazi, uno per cucinare che avrà un'isola con panche e l'altro per ripostiglio. La cucina avrà accesso diretto alla sala da pranzo che avrà al centro un grande tavolo da pranzo e a lato un tavolino da caffè. L'altra stanza al piano terra fungerà da biblioteca, studio e fungerà anche da cameretta per amici con divano che si trasforma in letto. Un wc con doccia, wc e lavabo sarà a servizio del piano terra. Al piano superiore verranno create 4 camere da letto. 2 camere saranno matrimoniali dove una avrà un bagno dedicato e l'altra avrà una cabina armadio. Le altre 2 camere saranno con letti singoli, una camera avrà 2 letti mentre l'altra ne avrà 3. Il portico sul lato della casa sarà ampliato e davanti ad esso la carne e il sole saranno limitati con un pergolato che servirà a radunare tutta la famiglia e la società durante i mesi estivi. Il pergolato da un lato avrà una zona pranzo con barbecue e tavolo da pranzo e dall'altro ci sarà una zona lounge orientata verso una parete tv firewall. La piscina sarà al centro di queste due strutture per massimizzare la privacy. a bordo piscina saranno i lettini da spiaggia. Lo stile della casa sarà rustico con una combinazione di pietra, mattoni e legno. I colori saranno quelli della terra.

Upstairs will be created 4 bedrooms. 2 rooms will be matrimonial where one will have a dedicated toilet and the other will have a walk-in closet. The other 2 rooms will be with single beds, one room will have 2 beds while the other will have 3. The pergola on one side will have a dining area with bbq and dining table and on the other side, there will be a lounge area oriented towards a firewall tv wall. The pool will be at the center of these two structures to maximize privacy. by the pool will be beach beds. The style of the house will be rustic with a combination of stone, brick, and wood. The colors will be those of the earth.
