We are very happy that our team was able to participate in your contest.
We designed the design with the aim of improving the layout and improving the interior design.
We used neat and simple lines with the aim of creating bright, functional spaces.
We made the hallway of the private part of the house smaller, we removed the staircase to the basement from the private part of the house so that guests do not need to enter the private part of the house to go to the basement, of course, the entrance to the staircase on the ground floor is in a separate area from the living room.
We envisaged a large storage room at the entrance of the house that can also be used from outside the house.
We considered one of the two bathrooms as a private bathroom for the master bedroom.
We envisaged the basement differently from your original design.
We tried to arrange the two floors in such a way that it would be possible to place structural columns.
We also suggested three different furniture arrangements for the basement living area.

Siamo molto lieti che il nostro team abbia potuto partecipare al vostro concorso.
Abbiamo progettato il progetto con l'obiettivo di migliorare la disposizione e l'interior design.
Abbiamo utilizzato linee pulite e semplici con l'obiettivo di creare spazi luminosi e funzionali.
Abbiamo ridotto le dimensioni del corridoio della parte privata della casa, abbiamo rimosso la scala che conduce al seminterrato dalla parte privata della casa in modo che gli ospiti non debbano entrare nella parte privata per raggiungere il seminterrato. Naturalmente, l'ingresso alla scala al piano terra si trova in una zona separata dal soggiorno.
Abbiamo previsto un ampio ripostiglio all'ingresso della casa, utilizzabile anche dall'esterno.
Abbiamo considerato uno dei due bagni come bagno privato per la camera da letto principale.
Abbiamo concepito il seminterrato in modo diverso dal vostro progetto originale.
Abbiamo cercato di disporre i due piani in modo tale da consentire l'inserimento di colonne strutturali.
Abbiamo anche suggerito tre diverse disposizioni di mobili per la zona giorno del seminterrato.
