La sfida del progetto della facciata consiste nel bilanciare e nel passare correttamente dallo stile classico dell'edificio allo stile moderno.
* Per questo, il progetto della parte ristrutturata è stato preso come punto di partenza; elementi come le colonne sono stati presi per segnare un ritmo nella nuova facciata.
* I colori sono equilibrati, la facciata proposta in precedenza presentava un forte contrasto con gli elementi neri, gli elementi citati come punti positivi sono stati mantenuti, ma la tonalità è stata modificata, al piano terra è stato utilizzato un colore grigio scuro (RAL 7042) per la parete tra le finestre, mentre il piano terra è stato rivestito con lamiera microforata beige chiaro (RAL 9001).
* La cornice delle aperture è stata estesa all'altezza delle finestre del piano terra, si è deciso di mantenere l'illuminazione a led e la verniciatura bianca, insieme alle colonne, contribuisce al ritmo equilibrato della facciata.
* Per le ringhiere dei balconi sono state proposte due alternative, il vetro, con un approccio moderno, che crea un contrasto con la continuità della facciata, e il ferro, che segue l'estetica preesistente, cercando una maggiore armonia nell'insieme.
* Lo specchio d'acqua nel giardino anteriore è stato mantenuto, incorporando una scultura in lamiera piegata che segna e accompagna l'ingresso.

The challenge of the façade design lies in balancing and transitioning correctly the classic style of the building with a modern style.
* For this, the design of the renovated part was taken as a starting point, elements such as the columns were taken to mark a rhythm in the new facade.
* The colors are balanced, the previously proposed facade made a strong contrast with the black elements, the elements mentioned as positive points were maintained, but the tonality was modified, on the first floor a dark gray color (RAL 7042) was used for the wall between windows, and the first floor is covered with light beige micro-perforated sheet metal (RAL 9001).
* The frame of the openings was extended to the height of the first floor windows, it was chosen to maintain the led lighting and the white paint finish, together with the columns, contributes to mark a balanced rhythm on the facade.
* For the balcony railings 2 alternatives were proposed, glass, with a modern approach, generating contrast with the continuity of the facade, and iron, following the pre-existing aesthetics, seeking more harmony in the whole.
* The water mirror of the front garden was maintained, incorporating a folded sheet metal sculpture that marks and accompanies the entrance.
