Il nostro progetto è finalizzato al miglioramento degli ambienti interni delle due unità. In particolar modo ci siamo concentrati sulla zona giorno, ripensando interamente il soggiorno e la cucina secondo le Vostre richieste. Nella porzione più grande, un divano a doppia seduta Vi permetterà di godere della vista sulla corte tramite grandi vetrate. Il caminetto separa il soggiorno dall'ingresso e dalla cucina, a cui si può accedere attraverso un sistema di pannelli scorrevoli in metacrilato, che consente di aprire o chiudere l'ambiente a seconda delle esigenze.
La zona notte è stata rivista, con l'obiettivo di ottimizzare gli spazi. La camera matrimoniale, che si affaccia sulla corte, è dotata di bagno privato e cabina armadio spaziosi.
La seconda unità prevede un grande spazio comprendente soggiorno e cucina. I due vani sono separati soltanto da un caminetto in maiolica bianca a fronte doppio. Al centro della cucina una grande isola crea un'ideale separazione tra zona cottura e zona pranzo. Gli ambienti della zona notte rispecchiano quelli della prima porzione, discostandosi da questa nei complementi d'arredo. Abbiamo infatti voluto dare un diverso stile alle due unità, con l'obiettivo di permetterVi più possibilità di scelta.
Our project is aimed at improving the spaces of the two unities. More in detail, we focus on the living area, by reconsidering the living room and the kitchen, according to your request.
In the larger portion, a double face sofa will allow you to enjoy the view of the courtyard, through some window walls. The fireplace divides the living room from the entrance hall and from the kitchen. You could enter the kitchen through a sliding methacrylate doors system, which allows you to open or close the space, according to your needs.
The sleeping area has been reconsidered, in order to optimize the spaces. The double room, that looks out at the patio, is provided with an indipendent bathroom and a walk-in closet.
The second portion has got an open space, which consists of kitchen and living room. The two spaces are divided by a white majolica double sided fireplace. A kitchen island in the middle of the kitchen creates a split between the galley and the dining room. The rooms of the sleeping area reflect the ones of the first portion, but they distinguish themselves thanks to a different furniture style. In effect, we wanted to give a different style to the two unities, in order to offer to you a wide range of solutions.
