First, thank you for the opportunity to participate in this project. After considering your needs, requests, limitations, and the building's current situation, we have identified key factors that have guided our design. Some of the features of the proposed plan are:
Yard and garden:
In the front yard, a modern design with smooth lines has been considered. Pedestrian and horse access are separated and separate spaces have been created for each. In the back yard, the idea of creating two height loops is used. The lower level includes a swimming pool, gazebo, dining room, living room, open space, and barbecue. It is located on a lower level, and the upper level includes green space and a garden.
Basement floor plan:
On this floor, according to the chimney's location, we presented two plans. If the current chimney is kept, an open plan cannot be considered, so the chimney has been moved to the other plan and a one-piece plan has been created. Also, the entrance of the club and the laundry room have been separated to maintain beauty. A small storage room is also seen for the yard's needs next to the bathroom. In general, an effort has been made to use all the space in the best possible way.
Ground and first-floor plan:
On this floor, some minor changes have been made to eliminate the distraction in the spaces. For example, the entrance to the rooms was modified and the closet of the master room was also redesigned. The same thing was repeated on the upper floor and the terrace space was completely

Innanzitutto, grazie per l'opportunità di partecipare a questo progetto. Dopo aver considerato le vostre esigenze, richieste, limitazioni e la situazione attuale dell'edificio, abbiamo identificato fattori chiave che hanno guidato il nostro design. Alcune delle caratteristiche del piano proposto sono:

Giardino e cortile: Nel cortile anteriore, è stato considerato un design moderno con linee morbide. L'accesso pedonale e quello per i cavalli sono separati e sono stati creati spazi distinti per ciascuno. Nel cortile posteriore, è stata utilizzata l'idea di creare due anelli di altezza. Il livello inferiore include una piscina, un gazebo, una sala da pranzo, un soggiorno, uno spazio aperto e un barbecue. Si trova a un livello inferiore, mentre il livello superiore include uno spazio verde e un giardino.

Piano interrato: In questo piano, in base alla posizione del camino, abbiamo presentato due piani. Se il camino attuale viene mantenuto, non può essere considerato un piano aperto, quindi il camino è stato spostato nell'altro piano e è stato creato un piano unico. Inoltre, l'ingresso del club e la lavanderia sono stati separati per mantenere l'estetica. È stata prevista anche una piccola stanza di stoccaggio per le esigenze del cortile accanto al bagno. In generale, è stato fatto uno sforzo per utilizzare tutto lo spazio nel miglior modo possibile.
