The design of your project consisting of three floors, a basement, ground floor and first floor has been worked on. The following will explain the main important points of the project:
The house is being built in a modern style. It is a property arranged on three levels :
1) A semi-basement suitable for living with an area of approximately 130 square meters. It is an open space at a lower level of 30 cm with a sofa and two chairs, a kitchen with a bar, a fireplace, a table with chairs, a gym, a laundry room and a bathroom serving the outdoor pool and another bathroom for guests.
2) The ground floor with an area of approximately 130 square meters with a sleeping area, two bedrooms with bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen separated from the living room by a large sliding glass door, a bathroom, a special laundry area and a large entrance.
3) A small first floor with an area of approximately 80 square meters (a small apartment) with a kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, a bedroom, a bathroom and a study area with a large terrace, while keeping the rest of the room necessary for the modern technology of the house, such as electricity, etc.
The design of the house was explained with some interior photos and shots from different angles of the house spaces.
Working on understanding and clarifying the distribution of outdoor spaces and creating a place that inspires relaxation and at the same time is easy to maintain and keep clean. The project includes a front part with flower beds, guest parking, a street, a part with a roof for private cars near the main entrance and a green part with trees. Fruit. The back part will instead host a swimming pool with an artificial solarium that has not been changed and kept away for the safety of children, with a relaxation area and a green area with local plants and a barbecue area. The swimming pool is located on the zero floor. The property is located in a very sunny area, with coverage.
