Description

I wound like to thank you for this opportunity and for putting such a high reward on your project, with less requirement as I stated earlier on the wall, I have treated this project with more requirements and more renders requested while trying to put in place your request. The overall floor plan has been rearranged to carefully utilise space and be functional and to ensure proper flow between spaces.
Firstly, the living room used the pentagonal shaped space, with the room close to it to form an open space living, dinning and kitchen kept to the wall as simple as possible with closed compartment an electric fire place.Provided space for a curtain or a blind in the render, I used a silent glass roller blind system.
In the kitchen I made space for a pantry which can be open and closed by a retractable wall, details of the wall and the pantry are included in the DWG.
Secondly, the hall way kept the square area of the hall ways and lobby as minimum as possible to avoid waste of space, also the entrance was shifted from the left to the right, in my second option after thoroughly going through my first plan, because of piracy issues from the bathrooms so as to keep the privacy area away from the public area. And can also have a widow from the guest room or kitchen.Thirdly, but only to allow light in the bathrooms, both bathroom are equipped with a laundry area and one with a shower. The other with a bath tub, I thought it would be better to have the laundry in the bathroom rather then separate because both bathroom cab be accessed by everyone, unlike in a case where one is being confined to a space.
Fourthly, the guest bedroom also the study the guest bedroom has a retractable bed and wall and and a demounted table (table not shown in the render due to time constraint). The bed goes up in the absence of guest and the table expanded in case of a rare occasion in which you have to receive a client formally at home, and to enable you both work perfectly, in a space other then the bedroom or living. The bedroom designed for a single queen size bed, but considering the space was acquired for the purpose of family expansion, an option was also made as a kids bedroom with a bridge wardrobe to save space and to enable the kids to be able to play in their room and study there as the bridge wardrobe has a lot to do with demountable structure (I am really sooey I couldn't model and render this option but I have uploaded reference images and you could look it up).
The master bedroom, has a full wall wardrobe with a compartment for cosmetics and king size bed a television wall etc.
The kitchen in my first option I placed the burner before the window but after thinking of it further I concluded the cooker has to be before the window even with the range above so as to avoid choking up the living especially when guest are present.
The ceiling and windows, the first ceiling has be designed to hide rollers for hinges for curtain or blind while the windows have been designed with compartment which houses, the radiators to make it usually appealing. Conclusion, thanks for the opportunity I have included blue prints for some of the custom furniture's used in the dug for ease of communication between you and your local carpenter, the cost estimate are from other site or for a similar furniture, I also provided a furniture list, a bathroom list, and a light scheme.
Thanks in advance.
