According to your desire I try my best to fulfill this main points of interest:
• Less demolition of partition existing walls. Even if you`re ready to demolish it all I still find
as better option for saving time and resources to use the existing floor plan with minimum demolition.
• All rooms have windows as natural ventilation and light.
• Kitchen and WC have same canalization vertical
• WC (at living room) is double isolated with window as natural light and ventilation.
If you don't want this additional WC there is an "Option 2 - floorplan" without it
(which in my opinion is even better solution
as the second bathroom is close to both living room and other bedrooms).
• Both terraces are use of living area
• Width open space of living area - living room , dining room and kitchen are all open and connected.
• Grey and white color is the main color in the apartment, for wall, floor, windows and doors frame.
The monotony of grey-white color is broken with fine wood furniture.
