Briefing

I would like to combine these two apartments to create a single apartment with access from the condominium stairwell. I would like to create a large living room with kitchenette, 1 master bedroom with private bathroom with and two washbasins, 2 more bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one in the living area and one in the sleeping area) and a laundry room. I would also like a walk-in closet that is always accessible from the master bedroom.
