It is an area of 3935 m2 has to be divided into 2 parts:
1) 40% of private residential apartments
2) 60% to the public for social residential apartments
The owners are 5 and are entitled to the cubic volumes to be built which then has to be 40% of the land
Public receives 60% of the ground and total 3640 m3 to be built in one or two houses.

The road must be the access to the already residential area as well as the lawn above.
