Conca Del Sole - a project of dreams with love to a family costal house occupied by 6 persons, which was the main core when I designed the space to achieve a very functional space with achieving the biggest area for living space with sea view and also maintain a 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 storage space. Achieving the soul for gatherings and family activities and also keep the privacy of each one and to summarize these are the achieved goals successfully:

1. Maximize sea view
2. Minimize structural modifications to reduce cost
3. Natural ventilation to all spaces except for storage (doesn't need)
4. Maintain privacy of users by grouping bedrooms , bathrooms and separating them from living room , however keep gathering and family
activities
5. Biggest area that can be taken for a living room ratio to house 35/65 with epic longitudinal sea view
6. 3 double bedrooms with each 2 double beds for 6 persons with wardrobe in each room
7. 2 bathrooms with natural ventilation with the opportunity of space to add a bidet if needed.
8. 1 area for pantry / storage.
9. Open Kitchen integrated with living space for also maximizing space of living .
10. Achieving an epic interior with interior curtains beside main entrance to allow maximum natural lighting.
11. Solving the Landscape with dining area with a view and a hanging swing on the sea below a wooden shade
12. solving the car park area and making a cozy entrance for the house.
