Short Description:
Interior:
Interior of the house is organized so that users can get an undisturbed view of the sea.
Entering the house is imagined from two sides: main entrance on front facade which leads to kitchen
area and later to living room and another one providing entrance from garage to the house trough
storage space and laundry.
Interior wall between kitchen and living room was demolished and two spaces were merged into one
open plan space. Large corner sliding door in living room provide excellent view from wherever you sit,
even from kitchen island if you are having a meal.
Master bedroom is placed on the side of the house from which you can get a view of the sea. From
bedroom you can access to walk in wardrobe and from there to the bathroom. Openings are extended
providing beautiful view from any part of the room.
The other bedroom is facing a front yard of the house overseeing garden and a lot of green surfaces
trough also extended opening.

Exterior – option 1:
Option 1 of exterior is more contemporary, with additional steal construction for the roof slab.
Construction also covers entrance area and garage space, protecting users from direct sun heat.
Materialization of this option is mostly white facade with black steel elements and black window frames,
making a contrast and accenting openings of the house.

Exterior – option 2:
Option 2 is appealing more warm because of usage of wooden pergola going around most of the house.
Pergola provides covering from direct sun light making a shadow for users
Both options have a wall facing neighbouring parcel guaranteeing privacy for users.
