Tenuto conto delle invarianti come l’ingresso, le finestre e la struttura portante, il progetto risponde alle richieste della committenza che prevedono sostanzialmente un’organizzazione più confacente alle proprie esigenze. Il progetto quindi prevede la dotazione di un soggiorno/pranzo con angolo cottura, una camera da letto e un bagno.
Gli ambienti che costituiscono l’appartamento di circa 44,0 metri quadrati si strutturano lungo l’asse di percorrenza che dall’ingresso arriva al disimpegno che immette al bagno. In corrispondenza del living vi si apre sommandone le superfici ma, sia per il diverso trattamento della finitura della parete che lo delimita, sia per l’altezza ribassata, mantiene l’autonomia spaziale che ne permette la riconoscibilità. Come detto, al termine del percorso è stato ricavato uno spazio separato dal living che disimpegna il vano lavanderia e il bagno (che da regolamento edilizio non può aprirsi direttamente su un ambiente principale). Per dare più “sostanza” a questo disimpegno, l’ingresso del bagno è stato arretrato rispetto al varco esistente nel muro portante, ciò ha permesso di ricavare all’interno due nicchie, ciascuna ad un lato della porta, nelle quali si è sistemato un mobile a muro d’appoggio al bagno stesso e una seduta interna alla doccia walk-in. Per quanto sufficientemente grande per attrezzarlo completamente, nel bagno si è preferito istallare un unico grande lavabo d’appoggio con due rubinetti piuttosto che i due lavabi richiesti che avrebbero diminuito, in termini di spazio, la vivibilità di questo ambiente.
All’altra estremità del percorso si accede alla camera da letto. Accesso mediato dalla cabina armadio. Infatti, per arrivare nella camera vera e propria si attraversa un ambiente finestrato sul cui lato destro è sistemato un armadio a muro che sfrutta tutta l’altezza (m 3,48) e che fino a m 2,50 ha le ante scorrevoli vetrate per non comprimere lo spazio (ma può non averle affatto) e sul lato sinistro una cassettiera alta fino a m1,2, su questa, una vetrata che chiude la cabina rispetto alla camera arriva fino ai m 2,50 dove una grande mensola fornisce ulteriore spazio di deposito per i cambi di stagione o per quei capi o accessori di uso meno frequente. La cassettiera dal lato della camera offre un comodo piano d’appoggio per la TV o qualsivoglia altro oggetto utile e/o semplicemente decorativo.
Taking into account the invariants such as the entrance, the windows and the supporting structure, the project responds to the client's requests which essentially provide for an organization more suited to their needs. The project therefore provides for the provision of a living / dining room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The various rooms that make up the apartment of about 44.0 square meters are structured along the axis of travel from the entrance to the hallway that leads to the bathroom. In correspondence with the living area, it opens up adding the surfaces but, both due to the different treatment of the wall finish that delimits it, and to the lowered height, it maintains the spatial autonomy that allows it to be recognized. As mentioned, at the end of the path, a separate space has been created from the living room that disengages the laundry room and the bathroom (which, according to the building regulations, cannot open directly onto a main room). To give more "substance" to this hallway, the entrance to the bathroom was set back from the existing opening in the load-bearing wall, this made it possible to obtain two niches inside, each on one side of the door, in which a wall cabinet to support the bathroom itself and a seat inside the walk-in shower. Although large enough to fully equip it, it was preferred to install a single large countertop washbasin with two taps in the bathroom rather than the two washbasins required which would have reduced the livability of this environment in terms of space.
At the other end of the path you enter the bedroom. Access through the walk-in closet. In fact, to get to the actual bedroom, you pass through a windowed room on the right side of which there is a built-in wardrobe that takes advantage of the entire height (3.48 m) and which up to 2.50 m has sliding glass doors to prevent compress the space (but it may not have them at all) and on the left side a chest of drawers up to 1.2 m high, on this, a window that closes the cabin with respect to the room reaches up to 2.50 m where a large shelf provides additional space for deposit for seasonal changes or for less frequently used garments or accessories. The chest of drawers on the side of the bedroom offers a convenient support surface for the TV or any other useful and / or simply decorative object.
