Il concept è quello di creare una parete continua e contestualizzata con il paesaggio naturale che la circonda, per questo motivo abbiamo progettato un rivestimento in listelli di legno di abete, pretrattato per esterni, che determinerà una nuova forma alla villa contribuendo con il suo stile minimal e leggero. Il rivestimento andrà a coprire l'intera area di progetto creando una continuità omogenea di materiali, definita soltanto dalle aperture vetrate e dalla scala.
Dall'ingresso avremo in ordine: un magazzino, il box dei motori e in fine i due box auto, sopra quest'ultimi avremo i due nuovi locali palestra e storage. Una scala a chiocciola posta all'angolo ovest collega il piano terra con i soppalchi superiori.
Le uniche linee orizzontali presenti nell'architettura progettata sono il tetto e il balcone a sbalzo dei soppalchi, le quali avranno un rivestimento in acciaio corten protettivo per la struttura interna. Il corten si collega con il disegno del nuovo ingresso dove abbiamo unito i due materiali protagonisti nella composizione del cancello scorrevole.
La nuova terrazza è stata divisa in due aree entrambe di relax: la prima naturale dove nascerà un giardino prospiciente la villa, questo potrà contenere attrezzature come amache o grill, un tavolo per mangiare all'aperto o anche un divano da esterni. La seconda area relax è rivestita interamente di legno teak, ha la vista diretta sul mare e al centro di essa vi è posta la jacuzzi coperta da una tettoia in legno che servirà per le calde giornate siciliane. Sia la terrazza che il balcone dei soppalchi sono progettati con un disegno semplice che ricorda il parapetto delle barche a vela, con il solo elemento corrimano in legno e il resto in acciaio bianco.

From the entrance we will have in order: a warehouse, the box of the motors and in the end the two car garage, over the latter we will have two new local gym and storage. A spiral staircase from the west corner connects the ground floor with the upper mezzanine. The only horizontal lines are present in the architecture designed roof and cantilevered balcony of the mezzanine, which will have a steel corten protective coating to the internal structure. The corten connects with the new input design where we have combined the two protagonists in the material composition of the sliding gate. The new terrace has been divided into two both relaxation areas: the first natural born where a garden facing the villa, this will contain equipment such as hammocks or grill, a table to eat outside or even an outdoor sofa. The second relaxation area is completely covered with teak wood, it has a direct view of the sea and the center of it there is placed indoor jacuzzi with a wooden canopy that will serve for the hot Sicilian days.
