The project is based on a central bar counter that serves the existing bar area, the new bistrot and new restaurant dining area. The kitchen and service area are located behind the bar counter in the corner, so that the two windows towards Piazzetta Quaranta Martiri al Casalotto give natural light to the restaurant interior and views to the street.

The desing of the interior has elements that remind of a theatre such as the red curtain, the red velvet bar bench, lighting simulating lighted vanity mirror of backstages and some modern or ethnical details and decoration.
