Vengono proposti due schemi alternativi, dovuti al rapporto tra le esigenze programmatiche e l'edificio preesistente. La radice di queste varianti è il nucleo della scala.

L'opzione 1 privilegia le aree sociali e il calore spaziale, articolando una scala circolare che diventa un punto di forza visivo e diventa protagonista dello spazio.

L'opzione 2 privilegia il comfort delle camere e l'uso dei bagni contemporaneamente in ogni unità.
Pragmaticamente dispone una scala rettilinea a due rampe, che comporta una minore alterazione della preesistenza, pur soddisfacendo i requisiti programmatici richiesti.

Sebbene siano presentate due variabili, entrambe hanno più punti in comune che differenze. È stato progettato uno spazio accogliente, in equilibrio tra finiture classiche e moderne, con uno stile londinese. Incorporare la vegetazione nei punti chiave per sfruttare l'illuminazione naturale.

Two layout alternatives are proposed in plans, due to the relationship between the programmatic requirements and the building preexistence. The root of these variants is the stair core.

Option 1 prioritizes social areas and spatial warmth. It articulates a circular staircase that becomes a visual highlight and becomes the protagonist of the space.

Option 2 prioritizes the comfort of the rooms and the use of the bathrooms simultaneously in each unit.
It pragmatically arranges a straight staircase with two flights, which involves less alteration to the pre-existence, while meeting the programmatic requirements that were requested.

Although there are 2 variables, both have more points in common than differences. A welcoming space was designed, balancing classic and modern finishes, with a London style. Incorporating vegetation at key points, taking advantage of natural lighting.
