1- An external building was added to create two rooms with a bathroom for each room and a small corridor. The covered courtyard was opened at the back to create light wells, which are furnished with plants. The external building connects with the current building to form one block on the ground floor only.
2 - Work was done to provide 5 master bedrooms with a private bathroom for each room, and the area of the rooms should not be less than 14 square meters, where the distribution is as follows: a bedroom on the ground floor in the main building and two rooms on the first floor, with the two rooms added in the new building, so that the total number of rooms becomes. 5 bedrooms that allow tourist use to rent and benefit from them.
3 - The ground floor also contains a living room that allows people to gather inside the house, in addition to a spacious kitchen with a small table for breakfast.
4- The current staircase was removed and a new circular staircase was designed in the same place, which takes up a small amount of space from the living and kitchen space, but this does not confirm the comfort of the design as shown in the pictures before you. The area under the staircase can be used to create a library for books or to plant tall trees to increase the aesthetics of the scene.
5 - A small space was provided on the first floor for the washing machine and dryer, along with storing the room’s furnishings.
