Description

Dear client,
We are very happy to participate in your contest.
Our main challenge in this competition was the design of the location and shape of the staircase, because while the height of the mezzanine ceiling (bow window) was lower than the ceiling of the first floor, the staircase had to be designed in such a way that it was possible to pass under it.
We put the living room in the main building on the ground floor in the place that has the most windows.
We placed the doors of the bedrooms on the ground floor in a place that is as far away from the living area as possible.
We designed the interior of the room in such a way that when the doors of the rooms are opened, there is no direct view of the beds from the outside and the rooms are protected as much as possible.
We installed all the bathrooms and the kitchen near the light wells.
We reduced the dimensions of light wells and placed ornamental plants and trees inside them.
We considered the windows of the bathrooms and kitchen to be fixed and non-opening up to a height of 180 cm, and the glass was frosted to protect the view from there to the bedrooms.
We considered a small toilet with a sliding door under the stairs.
On the second floor, we considered two bedrooms and a laundry room with the possibility of storing consumables (such as detergents, towels, etc.).
We used ceramic parquet design instead of wooden parquet to make it more durable.
We designed the false ceilings in such a way that they can be used for installing the air conditioning system in addition to visual beauty.
Air conditioning of the bedrooms number 2 and 3 of the first floor (due to their low height) and the living area was considered Split Air-conditioner.
Hope you like our design.
