On my solution i propose to group the houses 2 by 2 so that you you have more space left for the garden and for the view into the landscape.
There is a large basement garage for 8 cars in the common space between the buildings.
On the ground floor there is a porch on the south site which is connected with the livingroom and dining.
On the first floor one of the bedrooms has a balcony.
