Hi everyone, the apartment I’m refering to is a new built project.
The apartment is developed on two floors: first floor (living area) and second floor (sleeping area – attic). The first floor will be entirely dedicated to the living area with an open style kitchen (the existing bathroom, you see on the floor plan, will be removed).
I’m launching this contest in order to receive suggestions about the second floor that, considering the different heights, is quite difficult to arrange: we want to exploit at the best the lower areas.
The second floor will have to include 3 bedrooms (2 single, 1 double), 2 bathrooms and 1 laundry.
The bathroom serving the single rooms, must have an indipendent entrance from outside the rooms (we don’t want the entrance to be located inside the room).
the double room should have a walk in closet and a private bathroom (ensuite).
Please note that the first floor plan is here attached just to give a general idea of the house (we don’t need any project suggestions about it).
