Description

Although there are ambiguous details about the use or not of maritime containers, there is also a request for a light and collapsible superstructure.
We propose that, a composable and collapsible base module, this having several advantages over sea containers, basically the weight and the least amount of equipment needed for transportation.
The module is made up of two structures, a lower one (the one that supports the floor and has the fittings for the columns) and another upper one, which is the roof structure.
If the transport and assembly will be carried out with the help of a light crane, the ceiling panels can be assembled on the structure, on the contrary, if the assembly will only be done with construction elements, the ceiling panels will be assembled on-site.
The floor is composed of 3 m shaped sheet metal boards that rest directly on the tooth of the lower structure, on which a high-traffic vinyl floor is supported to achieve a finish in accordance with the necessary cleaning conditions. These same tables will be used to complete the separations at the junction of the modules.
The columns are standard 100x100x3.2 structural pipes, which are inserted into the base brackets and the roof structure is fitted on them.
The enclosure panels are the base and main point of the project
The skin of the building can be composed according to the needs using one or another type of panel.
The entire structure is mounted on adjustable plots for its correct leveling and thus avoids having to level the ground.
