1) Restructuring living room / kitchen with creating open space with kitchen (removal of walls delimiting currently cooking); provide a functional solution but architecturally elegant kitchen with large fridge and saw and long workbench / diner with stools. 2) creation / construction of new room (body attached) with en suite bathroom with a bathtub (also at an angle), located on the borders of the property; bed in the room predict position and position the door (sliding) of access to the bathroom.
