Questo progetto parte da una richiesta molto decisa di avere un ambiente moderno dentro un contenitore decisamente rustico. E possibile e molto spesso si ottengono risultati eccellenti, tuttavia per ottenere questi risultati è necessario sacrificare qualcosa.
La pietra dei muri a vista non disturba un arredamento moderno, anzi, il contrasto ne fortifica le caratteristiche, lo stesso vele se si hanno soffitti a capriate o con travi a vista. Bisogna però mantenere un equilibrio altrimenti quella che è una gradevole commistione tra rustico e moderno potrebbe trasformarsi in un pastiche. Ragione per la quale non ho potuto salvare i pavimenti in cotto. Mi rendo conto e dalle foto si vede che è un bel cotto ma, per mantenere i pavimenti bisogna rinunciare a una cucina moderna e a tutta una serie di articoli di arredamento confortevoli e moderni. La cucina che ho scelto è veramente il top, non eccede in forme ultra moderne ma è qualitativamente oggi tra le cucine migliori. Il prezzo è abbastanza alto, tuttavia ho trovato diversi rivenditori che applicano sconti fino al 35%.
Nella nuova costruzione ho cercato di assecondare tutte le richieste della committenza:
ho ricavato due bagni indipendenti è gli ho dato delle finestre a lucernario. Si trovano abbastanza alte ma oggi si possono avere diversi tipi di chiusura telecomandata e automatizzate.
Ho lasciato i divani letto come suggerito e aggiunto un lucernario ulteriore per aumentare la luminosità dall'alto.
Il tetto della nuova stanza è a “semicapriata” e poggia da un leto nella parete portante già esistente della casa. Ho voluto inserire tutti gli elementi della struttura anche per avere una idea di quanto materiale acquistare. E' un vero e proprio progetto quello del tetto che può essere sicuramente completato con specifiche, ma che già così è abbastanza dettagliato per avere una idea di basa.
Il resto è illustrato nei disegni, non ha bisogno di ulteriori spiegazioni in questa fase concept.
