My goal was to design a compact yet functional apartment, ideal for a young couple or temporary travelers.
The social space is fully integrated, featuring distinct areas for cooking, dining, and relaxing.
The private areas are well-defined, including a full bathroom, a washing machine, and a spacious bedroom with a closet and a desk.

Apartment B (124.54 m²)
The concept here was to create a home for a well-established family.
The social areas are spacious and seamlessly connected, perfect for entertaining guests or engaging in different activities while enjoying the ocean view.
A service bathroom is conveniently located near the common areas.
The secondary bedroom is large and versatile, ideal for children or guests. It includes a built-in desk for studying or working, ample closets, and an en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and independence.
The master bedroom is generous and comfortable, featuring a king-size bed, a headboard, and bedside tables. It also includes an integrated desk, perfect for working or answering emails.
The walk-in closet is spacious and well-organized, offering plenty of storage for a couple’s wardrobe.
The en-suite bathroom is stunning, complete with a beautiful bathtub for a touch of luxury and relaxation.
