I sent you an auto cad layout file and 1 layout with JPJ format & 3 sample pictures ( could help you for your decoration). I kept your existing toilet as it is and 2 bed room are in same place as you wanted but I move the walls of bed room to make little larger then before. I design 1 more toilet on your existing kitchen place which is attached with your master bed. I kept your existing book self & TV. you can use your most of old furniture's. I put a semi double bed in child room. rest of place are open living, dinning and kitchen. please let me know if you need any help. I will be very happy to help you.
