Description

This proposal includes two variants (options) as a possible organization of space. In both variants, I tried to follow your desires and demands in order to create a space that would fit with the yours lifestyle. Also, some elements of these options can be combined and give an organization that, with fewer changes, meets your requirements. The both variants have the same idea: the sharing of the apartment on two functionally separate spaces: living zone and sleeping area.

Variant No.1: In this variant, the day zone includes a living room with a kitchen and a dining room. A spacious dining room relies on the living room. The kitchen is organized so that it is connected to the dining room, but it is visually separated from the living room wall.
In the entrance area there is a wardrobe and space to store stuff. The concept of the entrance part is such that it is connected to the living room, but it is visually separated by a barrier.
In this variant, it is planned that the workspace will be part of the main bedroom. The advantage of this solution is that the bathrooms are kept in an existing place, and are organized so that both contain a bath. The main bedroom has its own bathroom, although it can be arranged differently in the way that this bathroom has access from the couloir.

Variant No.2: With this variant the living room and the sleeping area are also clearly separated.
However, it is planned that the kitchen and the dining room be separated from the living room. Also, one bathroom is located next to the children's room, while the main room has their own bathroom. The workspace area is conceived as a stand-alone room.
I sincerely hope this proposal will meet your expectations.
