Description

The space designed for the client aims to create a comfortable and modern living space, separating the private and public area. The new space is easy to traverse and ergonomic yet intimate and functional. The design includes an entrance with a big storage with sliding doors and a sideboard with the possibility to put a bowl for the keys (etc) on top and hanging a mirror on the wall. The TV is now on a new little wall behind this sideboard, offering a nice and convivial open living room with a coffee table and a rug to create a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen is now semi-open with a bar forming the transition between the cooking space and living spaces of the apartment. Both doors to the terrace are easily accessible !
The single room of the child of the client has been expanded, creating more place to live/play and more place for storage in different forms (open shelf, baskets, hanging shelf, wardrobe).
The master bedroom is spacious and light. It includes the studio desk in front of the entrance. This space is separated from the sleeping area by a decorative screen of the taste of the client. An en-suite bathroom includes a bathtub to relax and a big storage.
The washing machine is located in the second bathroom that is accessible from the entrance and more public area.
Best Regards.
