Description

Dear client,
In order to make the understanding of the first floor plan better, I created renders and panoramic view of the open space. Here’s a virtual reality tour around the open space.

When you enter the house, there’s a stone wall that divides the entrance and let you choose which direction you want to go.
On the right, you can go toward the kitchen which is close to entrance and is ideal for closer distance while you are carrying groceries. The kitchen is spacious enough for all facilities you need such as integrated fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, stove and built in dishwasher. Then you can reach the guest bathroom and entry closet. On the back there’s a study room that contains a sofa bed in case you have guests staying over.
On the left side of the entrance, there’s a dining area and the exposed stairs that lead you to the second floor. This type of stairs occupies less space and leaves some room for other areas. This stair is really beautiful and can act as a decorative element in the space. Under the stairs you can have an art gallery if you’re into art.
On the end of this direct there’s a living area with TV set and a really cozy nook on the corner generally for reading and chilling.
On the second floor, when you first enter the area you face a glass sliding door that opens to the terrace which is perfect for hosting outdoor parties without interfering the privacy of the sleeping area. On terrace, you have a barbecue, outdoor dining and outdoor seating to enjoy outdoor life to the fullest.
On south wing of this floor, master bedroom with walk-in closet and the master bathroom (with sauna) is located. Next to it another bathroom for your daughter and guests who are using this floor, is situated. You also have a laundry where you need it the most close to rooms and bathrooms. Your daughter has a room with a closet, bed and a small tent for playing games.
Hope you enjoy.
