The Concept is simple, the lesser work/interference the better.
new bathroom we think is better if it serves specially for the main Bedroom, while the existing toilet is for living area.
Meanwhile in living area (which is quite small), we think mini pantry would be better to be put in the living area, quite decent for serving coffee, and warming up ready to serve food.

In main bedroom, we think sofa bed would suffice the bedding requirement, because the room is quite small for 4-5 people. The sofa bed can be sofa in day, and transform to bed in night, while the coffee table can turn into side table at night. Adding bunkbed for childern can fulfill the requirement for 4-5 people.
