The design focus was on the living room and its open and elongated design. The dining room was placed under the window and in line with the kitchen entrance to provide easy access to the kitchen and also not to obstruct the view of the living room from the entrance. In this way, the TV wall is placed in a way that the light from the window does not dazzle the viewer's eyes nor obstructs the TV images .
The staircase to the attic is designed as you want. A round staircase that does not take up much space and is in the French style.
In the master bedroom, a space for changing clothes and makeup (WIC) has been designed, which you will access the bathroom of this bedroom by passing through it. The second room, in addition to having a sleeping space, has a cozy space for reading and a desk, as well as a built-in wardrobe.
The kitchen is designed large. And as you wanted, a pantry and bathroom are also accessible from the kitchen with a hidden door designed in the shape of its side walls. I have placed a clothes rack in the storage area so that clothes can be placed there after entering the house.
I have tried to put the wet areas together I have also tried to design it in a way that the house has more closets and less wasted space.
