The design approach is a contemporary design with elegant and minimal horizontal masses inspired by the contemporary Italian architecture with integrating both the functionality and privacy requested by the client .

The form is divided into 3 main parts the heart , the east wing and the west wing.

The heart of the house contains the main entrance with the main spiral stairs that gives the entrance a unique and elegant character

The east wing contains the services as requested such as kitchen , laundry and bathroom wile the southern area of it contains the dining room and the living room facing the main pool

The west wing contains the main bedrooms with its luxurious placement facing two prior facades the north one and the south one

The design combines between the simplicity of contemporary architecture and the lightness of the horizontal lines to create the transparent feeling with a sense of privacy.
