In the design of the house we were guided to fulfill all your requirements regarding the premises, orientation and position of the house. On the ground floor, the main focus is on the common areas, the living room, the kitchen and the central staircase, which occupy most of the surface area. The staircase as a central detail, is designed to become the focal point of space with its simple lines, ease of construction and illumination. We tried our best to provide you with enough space to store your wardrobe and shoes on the ground floor, where besides the closets at the entrance, you also have a separate room near the entrance for this purpose. The ground floor is 45cm rised compar to the ground, which adds dynamics to the flat lot. Also in the yard, we tried to make the space interesting by changing level hight. Upstairs we have four bedrooms, all of which except the guestrooms have walk in closets. Master bedroom is oriented northwest, with large windows, which gives it nice natural lighting. Each bedroom on first floor has a balcony. We have provided steel pergolas for shading the balcony, but we also showed you a solution without them. Canopy witch going around part of the building (with polished concret finish) it is also semi-transparent with metal or wooden beams as fill. We have shown you interior design only for the day area of the house on the ground floor, but we are at your disposal for the conceptual design of the upstairs rooms, if you like our solution.
