In this project, we try to make a higher quality space in the kitchen - dining - living area.
Even though you said you don't like big windows, in this area we have added large windows, that will make the space so much bigger.
This area is also a void in the first-floor area, which makes the first-floor atmosphere not like a hotel corridor.
For the interior, we use mainly wood flooring with bright color (beige/ivory) for the wall.
As for the facade, we have a little twist in the front area, to emphasize the modern-contemporary style of your home.
We use mainly concrete, wood, and iron for the facade, with a bit of white-gold marble in the front area.
For the surface area, we have made it according to your request (in total 205 m2).
Ground floor: 115.3 m2
First floor: 90.8 m2
As you can see, we didn't add any canopy for the driveway for fear it will exceed the surface area, but if the regulation allows it, we would recommend it, and it won't affect the composition of our front facade)
