First of all, the project has taken the entire requests in consideration, respecting your needs and way of living.
Starting from the square meter (of 207m2), two entrances, and the house position in the land. Also we respected the request of space orientations such as: living room, dinning, kitchen in south, main entrance in north, second entrance in east with the kitchen wall, and all the others.
Since every house has two unites: living and sleeping, the idea was to design something that has two unites separated from each other’s. That’s why the living area is a unit of its own, while the sleeping areas are attached as a two floor unit, which makes a beautiful composition of the house.
The ground floor is a big open space with a big kitchen and dining room with a great view to the pool, with sliding doors that can be open and enjoy the backyard and pool in summer days. Home office enjoys the view to the pool, making it a comfy space to work and relax.
The first floor is a composition of bedrooms and bathroom. The spacious terrace with access from the corridor makes it accessible for all the rooms. Since it is a house and you got to enjoy the garden, there is no need for balconies. Therefore, the idea of a big terrace is wonderful if you want a more private stay with family. It has a view to the pool and is big enough to enjoy dinners with a barbeque.
Master bedrooms are large spaces with bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes, while the children’s bedrooms have view to the pool, which is beautiful to see while they relax or do their homework.
Openings and arrangement of spaces, makes the natural sunlight come into the space making it really warm. Also the light colors reflect sunlight better than dark ones, so the interior is all in cool tones and shiny materials, which all together boost natural light in the space.
The house construction is cost effective due to its rough construction, facade material and optimized openings.
