We are a couple from Milan and bought this house which is overlooking the beach in Lerici. The apartment dates back to the 50s and needs a complete renovation. We would like to have two bedrooms (one master bedroom and a second bedroom hosting two beds – it is ok also a solution with one of the two beds being a pull-out bed), two bathrooms and a living area with open kitchen, dining with table for 6-8 people and sofa areas. We like coastal style with natural materials. We often work from home, therefore we would need to have two (small) working stations around the house in order to be able to work simultaneously. Siamo una coppia di Milano e abbiamo recentemente acquistato questa casa con vista sulla spiaggia a Lerici. L’appartamento risale agli anni ’50 e necessita di una ristrutturazione completa. Vorremmo ricavare due camere da letto (una matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli – va bene anche una soluzione con uno dei due letti estraibile), due bagni e una zona giorno con cucina a vista, area pranzo con un tavolo da 6-8 persone e zona divani. Ci piace lo stile “coastal” con materiali naturali. Lavoriamo spesso da casa, quindi abbiamo bisogno di avere in casa due postazioni lavoro (anche di piccole dimensioni) in modo da poter lavorare in contemporanea.
