I've explained the general guidelines that define this design in the first 3D floorplan.
I took a wild guess doing this open space for the social areas, which are placed next to the sea-facing windows. I've done this because, as you said that you usually have some guests most of the time, I think it would be cool for you to host an evening and have these amazing views all the time for you and your friends to admire.

I tried to design this house as much as close to the reference files that you place here, I hope that I've achieved the sober and coastal style that you are looking for, for that, if I am the winner, do not hesitate to contact me to continue helping you until you build the house of your dreams.
