Description

The House is designed in a Modern-Rustic style, blending exterior and interior elements creatively. Surrounding nature influences the use of natural materials like wood and stone throughout. Here's a detailed description:

1. Upon entry, a wardrobe room is situated for storing shoes, umbrellas, etc., discretely separated from the entrance hall by sliding doors. The entrance hall conveniently connects to kitchen storage, facilitating easy transportation of food from outside .

2. The Kitchen, living room, and dining table coexist in a shared space with access to a closed courtyard, establishing seamless communication between indoor and outdoor dining areas.

3. A corridor leading to the kitchen/living room/dining table features an alcove for drinks such as wine, adding a touch of convenience and elegance.

4. Access to the closed courtyard is facilitated from multiple points: the kitchen/living room/dining table area and the corridor, which then leads to the veranda, pool, and staircase connecting to upper levels (roof).

5. A utility area accessible from the living space directs towards the open yard, providing practical functionality for daily tasks.

6. Bedrooms prioritize privacy with windows opening towards the open courtyard (where is the existing building), offering serene views of the lush green landscape surrounding.

7. The house has two bathrooms, with one designated for Bedroom 1 (the main bedroom) , ensuring comfort and convenience for occupants.

*The ground floor plann is designed to blend seamlessly with the landscape, offering two options with and without a basement. The alteration in the ground floor plann will only be noticeable in the section of the driveway providing access to the house.*

*To clarify the project in more detail and to have the cleanest access to the content, I have also offered the interior part.*

*The project adheres to the construction conditions permitting 160 square meters of construction with a building height of h- 3.00m (480 cubic meters). The protective perimeter wall on the roof floor stands at a height of 1.10 meters. In the secondary example featuring a basement, the basement is situated at the underground level and is not included in the calculation of the building volume. Therefore, if you seeking additional space, there's the option to extend it along the other constructive axis.*

*The ancient well and water trough, used for collecting water, are retained on the western side with access from the entrance that connects to the open courtyard.*

I hope you like this project, created according to the building regulations in Italy. Hoping to have met your requirements and provided useful ideas for the project, I greet you warmly.
