1. Kitchen Design:
We have developed your project design according to your requirements and needs. We will start with the kitchen: as requested, the side window has been removed and, on the same wall, the refrigerator, oven, and storage units for pots and electrical appliances have been designed. The oven is built-in to create better harmony with the other elements. In the unit under the sink, a built-in trash bin with separate compartments for dry and wet waste has been incorporated, which is clearly illustrated in the layout sheets.

2. Island and Dining Area:
The island has been designed in an L shape to eliminate the need for a separate dining area. However, if desired, the island design can be modified so that the section can serve as the dining table area. Drawers are usually placed under the stove, and we have positioned them directly beneath the stove in the island. If needed, they can be converted into a spice drawer or cutlery storage.

3. Units and References:
The references you provided were very beautiful, but our recommendation is not to use open units in the kitchen, as keeping them organized can be challenging and may cause dissatisfaction. If you are able to maintain them neatly, you can use our designed units without ordering doors; however, we still recommend considering adding doors.

4. Design Style:
Your suggested styles were Boho Beach or Mediterranean. Our recommendation was Boho Beach, and the kitchen design is based on this style. As requested, minimal wood was used, with a focus on rattan, sheer fabrics, and other materials. However, wood, as a key element of the Boho Beach style, has also been incorporated.

5. Rental Rooms:
For the rental rooms, you suggested using beds, but our recommendation is to use sofa beds so the room can function both as a living area and a resting space. Additionally, each rental room includes a unit under the mirror that contains a mini refrigerator. This feature adds significant value to your rental rooms.
