Project description

Dear client,
We are very happy to have participated in your contest.
The main idea is to design a warm and comfortable home, with the possibility of open circulation between different parts of the house.
The design is a combination of warm materials (wood), materials with traditional textures and light and natural Mediterranean colors.
The presence of walls with microcement and plaster materials together creates a contrast of soft and rough textures.
The layout of the living area is in such a way that it takes the focus away from the entrance to the bedrooms and bathroom and directs the focus towards the views outside and the dining area of the house.
The television is in a place that can be seen from the living room and dining room.
In the master bedroom, the walk-in closet is positioned in such a way that it preserves the view of most of the bedroom (especially the bed) when the bedroom door is open.
The study room is a place for relaxation, work and study, a sofa bed next to a large library is a suitable place for relaxation and study, and this sofa can be used as a bed for guests when they are present.
The bathroom is a combination of light color with a special texture of microcement next to glazed tiles, which, along with the existing wooden parts, creates a warm and natural environment.
Rental suites are also designed with the aim of creating a room with a layout of basic and complete equipment needed for work and rest.
I hope you like the submitted designs.
