Description

The first thing that needed attention was the master bedroom. The best way to have access to the bathroom from within and provide a walk-in closet is to locate it in the north room. This way the space is optimal. I slightly moved the wall between the study room and the guest bedroom, for a better space balance. The second bath with the shower is a little smaller now, because we don’t need a lot of space there and that spare space is now for the master bedroom closet. The closet and laundry room is in the same place, but a little smaller too, because I created a bookcase near the dining.
In the main area of the home I choose to position the living room near the windows for more space. I created an oblic wall that serves for the TV stand and can be enriched with an electric fireplace. The kitchen is open and between the kitchen and the living I provided a bar-table that can be used daily. The dining area is near the entry door and invites guests at the round table.
The style is eclectic, with modern and industrial accents. I used materials like wood, metal, glass, mirror. The right wall, that leads to the kitchen is all with white brick for elegance and continuity. A multifunctional steel and mirror furniture covers the wall from the entrance to the kitchen, having the purpose of a hanger, shelves, and closet on the bottom. The colours are bright, simple, elegant, modern. I used plants and a moss panel for fresh energy. The glass, mirrors and furniture with thin metal structure gives a feeling of transparency, more space and light atmosphere. The electric fireplace turns the living area into a cosy and friendly area that invites to relaxation. The kitchen is a combination of classic strong kitchen counter with elegant and rafined cabinets, very functional and accessorised, but giving a feeling of free air. The variety of shapes – rectangular, circular, oblic and the lighting objects creates unity and the result is a space well balanced where the energies flow freel, nourishing the family well being.
