The project concept is an idealization of a house that is to seek a dialogue with the surroundings, exploring its many landscapes, but without losing its intimacy. Of minimal intervention in removing walls to create maximum environments connected by social use that housing provides him.
The boundary between street and building shall be demarcated by landscaping the new garden, which maintains a tree exists, and creates a structure under a suspended walkway that thins to the foyer, limiting the space for social interaction and the space of experiences intima. The great room, which is now set between the kitchen and the hall is marked by the sculpture created by the fireplace.
In all rooms of the house we chose to use wood and glass doors that extend over the place, fit the landscape in their large openings 2.70m x 2.40m, playing with light and scenic shadow drawn by the sun and protects privacy between the public and the private.
The kitchen, dining area and balcony, merge creating a unique living environment that defines the function of each environment and provides greater spatial extent. When climbing the ladder from the balcony, you arrive on the terrace set between sparse trees, a glimpse of a little wood, one unravel a landscape rediscovered.
